We all shop on Amazon for a variety of things. But when it comes to housewares, it can become a bit of a mess. There’s a lot of options for anything you might be shopping for. Here are my favorite Amazon products.
Office

Besides my many architectural pens and pencils, Galison has the best pens. They are heavy, write flawlessly, and come in beautiful prints. They feel more expensive than they are and work for writing at work or in a grocery list.

An ergonomic Chair should be the first thing you buy for a home office. It’s imperative to sit in an ergonomic chair. Sitting all day isn’t good for us, but sometimes we need to sit at our desks for 8 hours daily, so save your back, hips, and neck and get a comfortable and beautiful ergonomic chair. This chair comes in 4 colors and is priced well below other ergonomic chairs.

Bank or library desk lamps look great in modern or traditional homes. It’s the perfect size because it doesn’t take up too much space and perfectly lights your working area. The vintage look is trendy now, but these work because they have been cool for a long time.
Bath

I love a hamper that looks good. We have a hamper for everyone’s bedroom and the bathroom just for towels. Jute is an excellent material that keeps its shape. This jute hamper also has cotton, which makes it soft because jute isn’t known to be soft. The style is minimal and rustic, so it will work with any home!

Towel hooks are more functional than towel bars. Folding and stringing towels through a bar and making them look good is tough. Add 4-5 towel hooks and hang many towels efficiently and quickly. And no worries about folding them to look “just right” because they will look good just hanging.

Everyone loathes a cloth bath mat, so I’ve never had one. They get so gross. But what to do when you need something to prevent slipping while getting out of the shower? This teak bath mat is beautiful and highly functional. Teak has natural moisture resistance and looks lux in any bathroom.
Home

Art is subjective, but if you want to spruce up your apartment or home quickly, try some Lucky Numen art prints from Amazon. I’ve used these in my dining room just because I don’t have the time to shop for vintage artwork, and I wanted my dining room ready for autumn. These art prints come in many different sizes and subjects.

Succulents are some of the easiest plants to care for and these little cement pots are perfect for one plant. I’m always looking for small items to pop on a shelf or piece of furniture that needs a little something. Choose plants that pick up similar colors in the room like a purple echeveria or dark green zebra plant.

A humidifier is a must if you live in a climate with seasons or a dry climate. Not only for when colds run through the house but to keep our skin moisturized. This humidifier has many settings, which is perfect because we’ve used other humidifiers that make the walls sweat *ew*. You can also add essential oils for any virus that wrecks everyone, like lavender, it helps everyone sleep better.
Living

Candles can be tough to recommend, but I try to avoid strong unnatural scents. These Arctic candles have subtle scents and are made with soy or beeswax. I want my home filled with warm scents, like Fraser fur, sweet fireside and vanilla bourbon.

I love a walnut tray for a coffee table, a place to put tissues, the remote or candles, and walnut adds a little luxury to a space. I’m not a fan of hiding all the tv things, like putting them in boxes or hiding them – why? You’re there to watch tv after a long day, just have it right there on the coffee table.

Incense are some of the most relaxing scents you can add to your home but you want to ensure they have quality ingredients. These Folkulture incense are organic, hand-rolled, and sustainability sourced. The scents are classic, like lavender, sandalwood, and frankincense and myrrh.
Bedroom

Down comforters are luxurious and warm! The Apsmile down comforters come in three types, winter weight, lightweight and a mix of the two. The winter downs are good if you frequently wake up cold, but most people I talk to get hot at night. A lightweight down gives you warmth without night sweats.

I love satin sheets for the summer, but my only issue is that they can rip, snag or get water stains from the washer. But these bamboo sheets are nice and soft, not too warm, and come in various colors. They also are easier to take care of and last longer.

If you’re looking for a rug for a kid’s bedroom, I recommend these from Amazon. These rugs come in fourteen sizes, twelve colors and many colors. You could also use them in traditional and modern homes. The price is great because, let’s be honest, they will make a mess in their room, so if it doesn’t break the bank, you can worry a little less.
Kitchen

The Fellow Stagg Kettle is the best and most beautiful kettle I’ve ever had. Fellow is an expert in coffee, and it shows in this kettle. Easy pour, beautiful design, and heats up fast!

Cabinet pulls can be hard to shop for. The cheap ones look it and scuff easily, but the ones that last are typically expensive, like $20 or more for one pull. For your average size kitchen, that’s about $600. These vintage style cabinet pulls are only $5 each, look great, and won’t cost you a ton. The patinated finish also makes them look much more expensive.

A classic tea towel for your dishwasher, oven, or for brunch outside is a nice touch. They need to be soft but absorbent and come in many colors, most of which are charming. There’s no such thing as a perfect kitchen towel, but these come close!
